Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:

Once you place an order on our website, our team will begin processing it right away. To help you plan your purchase, please take note of the following schedule:

  • Order Handling Time: 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday)

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. We’ll also notify you via email once your order has been delivered.

Shipping Carrier:

We partner with FedEx to ensure timely and safe delivery. All orders from Pedivox come with free shipping.

  • Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.

Shipping Locations:

We ship within the United Kingdom via DHL and FedEx.

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address.
  • Check all possible delivery locations around your residence.
  • Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package on your behalf.
  • Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.

Tracking:

After your purchase, you will receive an email with tracking details, including the shipping company’s name and your tracking number. Our support team is always ready to assist if you have any questions about tracking your order. You can also track your order on our tracking page.

Defective Goods:

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately for further instructions. Pedivox will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement product or a refund.

Damaged Goods:

If your product arrives damaged, send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving it. We will assess the situation and cover the return costs if necessary.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure once you receive the product.

Delays:

Sometimes delays happen due to weather, high volumes of orders, or other unforeseen circumstances. Your package should arrive within 12 working days (3 handling days and 9 transit days). If it’s still not there after 3 extra days, let us know, and we’ll assist you.
